Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking one month or less before arrival, we charge 30% of the total travel price.

If you cancel two weeks or less before arrival, we charge 50% of the total travel price.

If you cancel three days or less before arrival, we charge 90% of the total travel price.

In the event of no-show or early departure, 90% of the total travel price will also be charged.

For accommodation contracts concluded by means of distance communication, there is no statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of concluding the contract. The contract is binding upon completion of the booking.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and that you may sometimes be unable to take your long-awaited holiday. For this reason, we offer you the option of taking out affordable cancellation insurance in just a few simple steps.

Prices

Our prices are per person per night and include the local tourist tax (until 19 December 2026).

From 19 December 2026, the local tourist tax will be charged separately at €4.50 per guest per night.

• Short-stay supplement for stays of up to 2 nights: €6.00 per person per day

• Single-room supplement: on request

• Use of the sauna during the summer: available for an additional charge

• The restaurant and bar are closed during the summer.

Dogs are welcome in the accommodation, but not in the restaurant or bar areas. The charge for a dog is €15.00 per day, excluding food.

Please be sure to inform us when making your enquiry or booking if you wish to bring a dog.

 

Arrival and Departure

Check-in: between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Check-out: between 8:00 am and 10:00 am

Payment

Payment by Maestro debit card is possible.

A maximum of €1,000.00 per day can be charged to the card.

Discounts for Children

Children staying in their parents' room receive the following discounts:

• Up to 5 years: 70% discount

• 6 to 10 years: 50% discount

• 11 to 15 years: 30% discount

 

Reservation Conditions

Your reservation will be held for you until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival.

If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please inform us briefly by telephone of your expected arrival time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to release the room and make it available to another guest.
